Hello everyone,

Well yes it is time to start thinking about the Black Diamond award, nuggethill it the only one ever to win, during its existence. With all the changes over the last year we have seen an unfortunate drop off in members and activity. However with that said all your post have brought enlightenment and joy to our members that we have.

Lets hope for more members to join during the coming months and year.

Kind regards,
Stan

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that there is only 10 days left to vote who you think should get the Black Diamond Award. This award is for the member who contributed the most to our hobby over the past year. Previously harry has won it. Will he get a three peat? It is up to you.

Happy Holidays,
Stan

Hello everyone,

Happy New year!

Ok so the poll ends in a few hours, and there is a huge tie going on. We all want to know your selections. If the poll ends in a draw, I will have to make the choice of who is the winner. I know who I will vote for, if the results remain the same.

Who do you think was the person is who contributed the most to our world of numismatics? Here your vote truly does count!

Regards,
Stan

Hello everyone,

Well 2009 has come to an end and I suppose it is going to be up to me to decide who gets the 2009 Black Diamond Award.

As I had previously stated I knew who I would vote for, however I really wanted you, the member, to decide who had the greatest impact on this board. I did not come to my conclusion easily as we do have some very outstanding members. When I pondered the fact that it may come down to me, I figured in from last January who really did the most on the board to promote the hobby? Who was the one person that really took a lot of time to help others on the board?

The decision was easy. Though not a numismatist, this person gave a lot to our community, spent many hours moving posts to our new board, and truly gave his all for all of us to enjoy. Congratulations MordEth.

Thank you to all our members who have contributed to this board in the past year. Lets hope 2010 brings us more members and a lot more to chat about.

Regards,
Stan
